My favorite dish (pulau)

My favourite dish is pulau. I like it much. It is prepared with rice, meat and ghee. It is very delicious. We enjoy this dish on every Sunday. It is served in every feast. In the marriage feasts, pulau is the special dish. Cooking this dish is an art. First rice is put into a pot full of water. After an hour or two, it is washed. Then meat is fried in ghee in a pot. Some water is added to it. Now rice is put into the broth. This mixture is given heat. At intervals, rice is forked so that every grain is separate. After a while, the dish is ready. Pulau is of different kinds. The pulau I like is called biryani.
