Islam me aurat ka adhikar
Islam mein auraton (women) ke adhikar.

Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alyhiwasallam) ka
janam Arab mein hua tha. Arab mein aurato par
bahut atyachar kiye jaate the. Jis kisi ke yaha
ladki peda hoti thi woh bahut sharm mehsus karta
tha aur zyadatar log ladkiyo ke paida hote hi
zinda gaad diya karte the. Aurat ko sirf ek
manoranjan ka sadhan aur apni daasi hi samjha
jaata tha, unko kharida aur becha jaata tha. Lekin
Jab Islam aya to poore Arab mein ladkiyon par is
tarah ke atyachar ko band kar diya gaya aur unko
kai aise adhikar diye gaye jo Arab mein kabhi nahi
diye gaye the. Islam mein aurton ko jo izzat aur
adhikar diye gaye hain unmein se ‘kuch’ neeche
bataye gaye hain.
Maa ke roop mein
1. Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne kaha ki maa (mother) ke per ke neeche jannat
hai, yaani agar maa ki sewa karoge, uski agya ka
palan karoge aur usko khush rakhoge to Allah
khush hoga aur tumko jannat milegi.
2. Jab koi insan apne maa-baap ka dil dukhata
hai to Allah ka arsh (jis takht par Allah mustawi hai)
hil jata hai yaani Allah ko gussa aa jaata hai.
3. Kisi ne Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy
alyhiwasallam) se poocha ki mein sabse zyada
accha vyawhar/behaviour kiske saath karu, aapne
jawab diya tumhari maa se, unhone poocha phir
kon, phir jawab mila tumhari maa, unhone poocha
phir kon, phir jawab mila tumhari maa, unhone
poocha phir kon, jawab mila tumhara baap.
4. Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne kaha ki agar meri maa zinda hoti (aapki maa
ka intekal/death jab aap 7 saal ke the tab hi ho
gaya tha) aur mein namaz padhna shuru kar deta
is beech mujhe meri maa kisi kaam se pukar leti
to mein apni namaz chhod kar uski baat sunne
chale jaata (note – Islam mein bagher kisi bade
karan ke namaz ko beech se chhodna mana hai)
5. Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne kaha ki tumhari khala (mosi) se bhi utni hi
mohabbat aur izzat kiya karo jitna apni maa se
karte ho.
6. Maa ki dua aur baddua dono Allah bahut jaldi
sunta hai.
Beti ke roop mein
1. Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne kaha agar kisi insan ke yaha 3 betiya ho aur
woh un tino ko acche se education de aur unki
acchi jagah shadi kar de to aisa insan jannat mein
jayega. kisi ne pooch ki agar kisi ke ek hi beti ho
to Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne jawab diya ki woh bhi jannat mein jayega.
2. Hadis mein aya hai ki Allah jab kisi insan se
khush hota hai to uske yaha beti deta hai.
3. Hadis mein aya hai ki Allah jab kisi insan ke
yaha beti deta hai to uske rozgar mein tarakki de
deta hai.
Biwi ke roop mein
1. Jo haq ek aadmi ka apni biwi par hai wahi haq
biwi ka apne aadmi par hai.
2. Quran mein kaha gaya hai ki – Aur unse
(Aurato) se Achcha bartav karo. (Surah
Nisa,Aayat 19)
3. Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne kaha humme subse bura aadmi wo he jo apni
biwi ko sataye. (Tibrani sharif)
4. Hazrat Muhammad (salllalahy alyhiwasallam)
ne kaha tum me wo log achche he jo apni biwiyo
ke sath achche he.
5. Islam ka yeh rule hai ki jab kisi ki shadi ho to
ladki walo ko khana karne ki zaroorat nahi aur
naa hi dahez ya gift ki un par pabandi hai, balki
ladke ko shadi ke foran baad ek fix amount
(mahar) apni biwi ko dena zaroori hai (us amount
ka biwi jo chahe kare) aur shadi ke baad khana
karna (walima) bhi ladke walo ko zaroori hai.
6. Koi aurat apne shohar (pati) se pareshan ho to
woh talakh (divorce) maang sakti hai.
Islam mein ladkiyon ki education par rok nahi hai.
Jesa upar (Beti ke roop mein, point 1) bataya
gaya hai. Bas jawan ladkiyon ko Islam ke anusar
‘Hijab’ mein rahkar ghar se bahar nikalna hai, aaj
hijab/parda ko poori duniya galat samajh rahi hai
lekin hum apne dil par haath rakh kar pooche ki
kya koi jawan ladki hamare saamne aati hai to
hamari nazar uske badan par nahi jaati. Kya koi
baap, Pati, beta ya bhai is baat ko bardasht kar
sakta hai ki koi dusra uski maa, bahan, biwi ya
beti ke badan ko dekhe. Islam mein parda is burai
se bachane ke liye hi bataya gaya hai, Parda/hijab
matlab aisa kapda pahan lena jisse ladki ke badan
ka shape na dikhe, jab badan hi nahi dikhega to
buri nazar kese padegi. Islam mein agar aadmi bhi
aurat par buri nazar daalta hai to woh bhi
gunahgar hai, isliye jab aurat parda/hijab mein
rahegi to aadmi bhi buri nazar nahi daal payega.
Islam mein aadmi ko apni nazar par kaabu rakhne
ko kaha gaya hai. Aaj se kuch saal pehle tak India
hi kya, India ke aas pass bhi aurat ka zewar
(gahna) sharm aur haya ko maana jaata tha. Aaj
bhi hamare gaon (villages) mein us purane bharat
ki jhalak dekhne ko mil sakti hai, lekin aaj western
culture ne hum logo ki soch ko badal diya hai,
kyonki asatya ko jab baar-baar chillakar bola
jaata hai to ek din woh bhi satya lagne lagta hai,
western culture mein hum dekhte hain ki aadmi to
poora court-paint-tie se dhaka hota hai aur aurat
short kapdo mein rahti hai. Western culture ki har
party mein yahi haal hota hai, balki aajkal to
hamare yaha bhi yeh dekhne mein aata hai ki jo
aurat (women) jitne kam kapde pehanti hai usko
utna hi modern samjha jaata hai. Agar kam kapde
pehanna hi modernism hai to hum se zyada
modern to jaanwar (animals) hain ki woh kapde hi
nahi pehante. Hum khud soche ki woh sanskriti
zyada acchi hai jismein women ki izzat ki jaati hai
aur unko poore kapde pehnaye jaate hain ya wo
sanskriti jismein auraton ko ardh nagn (half
naked) kiya jaata hai. Islam mein aurat hi nahi
aadmi ko bhi aise kapde pehanna mana hai jisse
badan ka shape ya badan dikhta ho.
